About Jean

As a nonprofit leader—and as a patron, volunteer, and cultural advocate—Jean de St. Aubin celebrates the value of the arts in uplifting communities and strengthening economic well-being. Across three decades, she has dedicated her career and talents to the advancement of the arts, culture, and civic vitality in Chicago and beyond.

Most recently as the executive director of the Gene Siskel Film Center and board chair of both the Chicago Loop Alliance and Free Street, and previously as manager of cultural arts for the Chicago Park District, Jean has led landmark organizations through unprecedented periods of change and growth. The current reputations of excellence enjoyed by these organizations are due in no small part to Jean’s strategic vision, collaborative spirit, and commitment to success.

Today, she helps organizations elucidate and achieve their loftiest goals.
